See Cowboy Max crack jokes and and bullwhips in a fast-paced show that will mesmerize you all the way down to your spurs. Trick roping, silly stories, wooly chaps and good old-fashioned family values create a laugh-filled, action-packed spectacle. Kids and parents all enjoy Cowboy Max! See him around 10 a.m. and noon in the CBTx lobby!

Local celebrity chef Claudann Jones will whip up some tasty blueberry delights in Cookin' Up the Blues - cooking demonstrations - happening in the CBTx lobby at 9 a.m. and around 11 a.m.
